Recognizing the universal importance of education, our support goes beyond inclusion to formal education to encompass vocational training and life skills development, ensuring a well-rounded approach to empowerment, for all ages.
The disadvantages that the youth are facing in the job market and the higher risks of falling into informal and insecure employment in the Fourth Industrial Revolution are responded to through both individual and programmatic level interventions. The creation of the semi-formal gig economy, platform work, and on- demand and sharing economy, are addressed while working towards decent work, with a special focus on facilitating the transition from education and training to work, which is also important for decreasing the NEETs rates.
Psychosocial support has been a cornerstone of our work including all groups affected by natural disasters, conflict, or social marginalization. Our approach is holistic, incorporating counseling services, support groups, and community-based interventions comprehensively to address mental health and psychosocial well-being needs.
